Services we offer

Initial Consultation

Required for all new clients (excluding Board & Train clients). The Initial Consultation is recommended to help you decide if further services are required to meet your training goals or it may be all you need to get on the right track!

Having behavior issues? Do you have a brand new puppy or dog? Want help setting up the new addition right? Need house training advice? We offer one-on-one home consultations and private training IN YOUR HOME. Each session lasts 1 Hour.

Initial Consultations are also great for BEFORE you get a new dog, we can advise you! Should you get a puppy or older dog? buy or adopt? purebred or mixed breed? If you get advice before making these decisions, you will be way ahead of the game! View our Rates & Packages!

Private In-Home Training

Private In-Home Training is available in two different forms.

Owner Present:

If you have the time and the patience, this type of training may be recommended during our Initial Consultation. These 1-Hour sessions are customized to fit your needs and will include the advice you need, as well as demonstrations of recommended training techniques.

Follow up sessions can be scheduled as needed.

Board & Train

Sometimes referred to as “Boot Camp” for your dog, we like to think of it more as “Summer Camp”! Let us do the hard work needed to help your dog be the best version of them self!!

Going out of town? Want your dog to get some fun training in while being boarded safely? Want to crate-train your puppy without doing it yourself? SERVICE DOG TRAINING

Service Dog Training & Assistance

Effective April 1st, 2019 – Your Pro Dog Trainer will no longer be providing training and/or evaluation of service dogs. Instead, Your Pro Dog Trainer is proud to be a referring partner to California Service Dog Academy (CSDA). California Service Dog Academy is a wholly separate operating non-profit organization, IRS 501(c)(3), that has taken on the mission to providing services and training for your service dog needs. California Service Dog Academy may have requirements and guidelines that are different from that of Your Pro Dog Trainer’s previous program. Any past Your Pro Dog Trainer Service Dog Training customers that may wish to take advantage of California Service Dog Academy’s affiliations/memberships, benefits, or certifications will be required to perform an initial evaluation by California Service Dog staff so as to determine the additional CSDA training that would be required to graduate as a CSDA Handler/Dog Team.
